Tiesha is one of the most gifted and skilled communicators with whom I’ve had the good fortune to work. Tiesha listens differently than others, and this allows her to gain unique insights and perceptions that she expresses eloquently and accurately in her work.
She is a true collaborator, and I hope that I have the opportunity to work with her again someday.
I was a partner at Mercer where we worked together. She was my go-to writer, because she was responsive, accurate, and took accountability for a stellar product. She also was constantly learning, so she could take on more responsibility and make things even better. She has a beautiful way of phrasing things, is able to compel the reader to change, and she’s a great project manager.
In short, I really enjoyed working with her. For her skills, her humor, and willingness to work until things were right!
During my time as the Creative Director for Edmentum, I worked with Tiesha Henderson, utilizing her VO talents for a number of animated lessons. Every time we booked Tiesha for a session, I knew we were going to get something special because she could handle anything we threw at her to voice. From an engaging narrative voice to a stylized character to singing a jingle, Tiesha was able to deliver what I needed with equal parts efficiency and charm.
Tiesha was my cube-mate and project partner for nearly five years of my career at Study Island (now Edmentum). I loved working with her for her tenacity, wisdom, approachability, work ethic, sense of humor, and her charming personality. From projects on Canada to voice-over for the Creative Animation team, working with Tiesha was more fun than performing a task. Tiesha stands up for what is right and earns respect from her peers. I would jump at the chance of getting to work with Tiesha again. She is an asset to any company that is fortunate to hire her.
